DoD 10-Year 100% Magnet Offtake Commitment for the MP Materials 10X Facility (July 2025)

As part of the July 10, 2025 public-private partnership announcement, the U.S. Department of Defense agreed to ensure that 100% of the magnets produced at MP Materials' planned 10X Facility will be purchased by defense and commercial customers for 10 years following the facility's construction. The commitment is share-based (all facility output), so no fixed quantity is recorded.
