Approximately A$140 million of Export Finance Australia equity in Arafura Rare Earths, described in EFA's 21 May 2026 media release on Arafura's Nolans final investment decision as already invested under the Australia-US Critical Minerals Framework Agreement. The same release describes a separate debt commitment of up to A$700 million, recorded as a separate loan instrument (arafura-efa-loan-2026), and a non-binding Australian Government commitment to secure 500 tonnes of rare earths through the Strategic Reserve, recorded here only as a claim.
