USA Rare Earth's magnet and metallization plant in Stillwater, Oklahoma. The Phase 1a commercial sintered NdFeB magnet line was commissioned in March 2026; a June 2026 CHIPS definitive agreement (up to $277 million in incentives plus a $1.3 billion loan) funds expansion to 10,000 TPA of NdFeB magnets and 10,000 TPA of on-site rare earth metals and alloys.
