Sintered NdFeB magnet plant in San Marcos, Texas operated by Noveon Magnetics (founded as Urban Mining Company, rebranded May 2022). The line integrates EcoFlux magnet-to-magnet recycling with sintered magnet production; DoD backed the company with a $28.8 million Defense Production Act Title III award in 2020, and DLA placed a $12.9 million NdFeB magnet block delivery order in May 2026.
